• Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes.
  
• 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion (Q&A).
  
• To avoid delays affecting the next presentation and the conference schedule, each presentation should be made within the allocated time.
  
• Presentation will be stopped if the 15-minute time limit is exceeded.
  
• Please check your presentation schedule beforehand
  
• Each presenter should check in 5 minutes before the start of the session.
  
• If a presenter does not show up within 5 minutes after the session starts, the session chair will proceed with the next presentation.
  
• However, the missing presenter can still present his/her paper at the end of the session or re-schedule on Day 4.
  
• The conference will take place from November 21 to 24, 2024.

• ​Authors of papers selected for publication in the Journal of  Applied Science and Computer Science Publications (AscsPub) will receive a notification on the 27th  or 30th of November 2024.

• After receiving the notification from AscsPub, format papers in accordance with the attached template. Please submit formatted papers before the submission deadline.

• Based on the schedules of previous conferences, the following is the tentative schedule:
  
  Notification Date: November 27 to 30, 2024
  Submission Deadline: December 20, 2024
  Publication Processing Fee Payment: December 25, 2024
  Publication Date: December 30, 2024.​

2. Poster Session Presentation

• The papers of the NO-SHOWS will not be sent to IEEE for posting into IEEE Xplore, IEEE Digital Library, Scopus, and Engineering Village (EI Compendex). Therefore, as previously stated, presenters are encouraged to confirm the dates and times of their presentations before the start of the conference and be punctual for their scheduled presentations.
  

• Approach
• State concisely what you did and the method you used for solving the problem. 

• Each poster session presentation is allocated a total of 5 minutes for summarizing the key points of your  paper
  
• The following are the points that must be addressed in your summary.
• All presenters must stay in the session for discussion until the session is finished.
